Senior Management / President Position Overview International Recovery Systems (IRS) is seeking a driven and analytical Client Relationship Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business growth. This role sits at the intersection of operations, sales, compliance, and data—requiring someone who can interpret performance metrics, ensure adherence to client requirements, and translate insights into stronger relationships and increased revenue. This is not a passive account management role. The right candidate will actively engage clients, ensure compliance standards are met, identify opportunities, and help position IRS as a top-performing recovery partner. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication Conduct regular check-ins, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns Client Onboarding & Implementation Lead onboarding of all new clients from contract execution through operational launch Coordinate with internal departments (operations, compliance, IT) to ensure a smooth transition Ensure all client requirements, workflows, and expectations are clearly implemented Establish baseline performance metrics and reporting structures during onboarding Compliance Monitoring Monitor adherence to client-specific requirements, SLAs, and regulatory expectations Conduct periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance across all active accounts Identify and escalate any compliance risks or gaps to leadership Work cross-functionally to implement corrective actions when needed Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze client-specific performance metrics, including: Recovery percentages Assignment volume trends Revenue performance Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within each client portfolio Prepare and present detailed scorecards during client review meetings Use data to support strategic recommendations and operational improvements Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Cultivate new client relationships and explore new markets Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market positioning Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with operations teams to align client expectations with execution Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and/or the President Act as the voice of the client internally to improve service delivery Qualifications Required Proven experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a similar client-facing role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage relationships independently and proactively Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Experience in the repossession, recovery, or automotive finance industry Familiarity with performance metrics such as recovery rates and portfolio performance Experience leading client onboarding and implementation processes Understanding of compliance standards within the repossession or financial services space Key Traits for Success Self-starter who can operate independently Strong business acumen with a growth mindset Comfortable having performance-based conversations with clients Ability to balance relationship-building with accountability Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and execution Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Benefits package including [health, PTO, etc.] Opportunity for advancement within a growing organization Why This Role Matters This role directly impacts client retention, revenue growth, operational execution, and compliance integrity.
