Remote from NY/NJ (Local travel on East Coast required regularly•Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. No relocation is available for this position. The Customer SupplyAnalyst(CSA) supportsB2B customers to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
The positionis responsible formanagingand coordinatingall aspects of assignedaccounts,including, but not limited to, new projects, order processes,forecasting,inventory levels,and reporting. TheCSAworks closely with thecustomer,sales,management, andinternalpersonnel to ensurehighperformance and customer satisfaction. Itis expected to make recommendations and implement process improvements. As a Customer Supply Analyst, You Will:
Analyze customer buying patterns, investigate variances, and share insights with the business tooptimizeresource planning and improve service
This positionownsthe ordermanagementprocess for assigned accounts, ensuringaccurateorder details, pricing,timely confirmations, and status updates while addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to resolve customer complaints,identifyroot causes,and implement corrective actions.
Recommend alternative product solutions for customers, engaging internal teams like marketing and planning when necessary
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and customer value management analysis
Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships, driving growth.
Resolve customer inquiries promptly(same day),coordinatingwith internal teams and escalating as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve service, including order management and forecasting, and propose solutions
Represent the customer's voice, prioritizing their experience with Aptar.
Monitor and communicate performance, reconciling discrepancies in customer scorecards
Strengtheningcustomer relationships through in-person interactions via customer visits.
Present key account informationduring internal business reviews
Support internal projects, including resin and material changes.
Partner with Account Managers to share customer insights and activities.
Assist with customer product launches, ensuring specifications, sampling, and on-time PO delivery
Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Finance
Maintainaccuratesystem data to support service levels.
Efficient with receiving and responding to a high volume of emails daily in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as department backupto other CSAswhen needed. Who We are Looking For Education Preferred, but not required: Bachelor'sDegree.
Prior Supply Chain experienceisa plus. Experience 3-5 years in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting strategic,high-visibilityaccountmanagement
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systemspreferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Products(Word, Outlook,Excel,intermediate level,andPowerPoint)
Must be detail-oriented,a team player,andproficient inEnglishverbalandwritten communication.
Travel:
Local/driving travel will be required for customer visits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
