The Digital Account Manager II is an intermediate-level position designed for a high-performing professional who excels at translating client objectives into actionable, data-driven digital strategies.
Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Act as the central system for our sales and digital execution teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on strategy and execution. 2. Use your discretion (and the data) to develop campaign strategies that don't just "run"—they thrive. 3. Monitor account performance daily, hunting for opportunities to tweak, pivot, and improve. 4. Evaluate campaign performance using Lead To Hire insights to tell the story of why things are working and how we can win bigger. 5. Own the "Decision Quality." When a campaign needs course correction, you're the one making the recommendation. 6. Other responsibilities assigned as needed.
