As an Enterprise Account Manager (AM), you are the CEO of your portfolioresponsible for cultivating deep, long-lasting relationships with our most strategic clients. You will use your expertise in eCommerce fraud prevention, chargeback management, and account-based risk assessment to drive retention, lead renewal conversations, and expand accounts through consultative cross-sell opportunities. This role requires a curious, strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to engage VP- and C-level stakeholders. You'll be a trusted advisor who understands the complexities of your clients businesses and proactively works to ensure they achieve measurable success with our platform. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring high retention and revenue growthLead contract renewal negotiations, navigating legal, pricing, and stakeholder alignment with easeProactively identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client goalsBuild strong, consultative relationships at the VP and C-suite level, becoming a trusted strategic partnerPartner with our Engagement Management Team to deliver business reviews demonstrating ROI & valueUnderstand and document each clients goals and the progress being made towards achieving themChampion a client-first mindset by building strong relationships across our organization, focused on solving business challenges, driving value with our platform, and identifying internal process improvementsMonitor account health to anticipate risks and mitigate churn proactivelyRepresent the voice of the client internally, advocating for innovations that deliver client valueContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce churn, enhance ARR, and enable client successDrive client references and case studies.95%+ gross revenue retention and 105110% net revenue retentionConsistent delivery of high-impact executive engagementsExpansion of client relationships through value-driven growth initiativesHigh NPS scores and strong cross-functional collaboration
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enterprise Client Success, Account Management, or eCommerce fraud preventionTrack record of influencing revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell and successful contract renewalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success influencing executive stakeholdersDeep curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex client environmentsSelf-starter mentality with a passion for delivering value and growing relationshipsExceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceAbility to quickly build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of their organizationPassionate about making our clients successfulExperience using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or Totango to manage client portfoliosAbility to Travel Up to 30%
Additional Details:
Potential base salary range: $130,000-145,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This role is eligible for remote US-based (work-from-home) locations. Chicago-based candidates would work in a hybrid capacity from the Accertify HQ located in Itasca, IL.
