We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Franchise Success Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our franchise partners while helping them build profitable, high-performing businesses. This role serves as the primary liaison between franchisees and the corporate team, ensuring strong alignment, communication, and operational excellence across the network. You will play a critical role in helping franchise partners expand revenue, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Franchise Relationship Leadership Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees as a strategic advisor and partner Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and the corporate team Maintain consistent, proactive communication with franchise partners Conduct monthly business reviews to track performance and identify opportunities Lead quarterly "Success Target" planning sessions with measurable goals Travel approximately 20% to support franchise locations Business Growth & Revenue Development Partner with franchisees to grow revenue through strategic initiatives Expand ramp sales and introduce new product offerings Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Support franchisees in building scalable business infrastructure Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to the Amramp Operations Manual and Franchise Agreement Guide implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives Promote operational consistency and brand standards across all locations
Qualifications Required:
Experience supporting multi-location businesses or franchise systems Strong business acumen in sales growth and operational improvement Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze financial performance and provide guidance
Preferred:
Franchise industry experience Experience working with franchisees or small business owners
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
