Insurance Account Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Insurance Account Manager to support and manage a portfolio of insurance clients. This role is responsible for day-to-day account service, policy administration, and working closely with producers to deliver an excellent client experience. A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required . Responsibilities Manage day-to-day service for assigned insurance accounts Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to address coverage needs Support producers with new business and renewal activity Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant account documentation Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency systems P&C insurance license 3+ years experience in
