Responsibilities Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, building relationships and identifying their benefits needs Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable benefits packages and insurance solutions Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal outcomes Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details, and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with marketing teams to promote benefits programs and increase client engagement Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other privacy standards during all client interactions Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on benefits or insurance products Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Knowledge of benefits administration, insurance sales, telemarketing techniques, and marketing strategies Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to benefits and health information privacy Join us as a Benefits Advisor and become a key player in helping individuals make confident decisions about their benefits!
