We are an elite Geotab reseller partner serving government agencies and commercial clients across Texas and beyond. POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, helping them get the most out of their Geotab fleet telematics subscriptions and Can-Am solutions. You will work closely with our sales team, technical support team, and leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Cedar Park, TX office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Proactively reach out to key account customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction, identify needs, and prevent churn Process and fulfill subscription upgrade requests when customers wish to expand their Geotab fleet telematics licenses or add-on services Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support channels Coordinate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, serving as the customer advocate throughout the resolution process Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring new clients are properly set up and trained on their Geotab platform and devices Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, account status, and order history in CRM systems Prepare and deliver regular account status updates and reports for internal stakeholders Support contract renewals and ensure customers are aware of upcoming renewal timelines Represent Can-Am Telematics / Can-Am Wireless professionally in all customer interactions, reflecting our commitment to excellence
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field — OR equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related client-facing role Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small-team environment Reliable, punctual, and committed to an on-site Monday-Friday schedule Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with fleet management, telematics, GPS tracking, IoT, or SaaS/technology products Familiarity with Geotab, Samsara, Verizon Connect, or similar fleet telematics platforms Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Background working with government agency clients or in a B2B technology environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
