Job Description

Key Account Manager Full-Time Arlington, TX Compensation DOE:
$80,000-$100,000+ Our client is a growing organization focused on the manufacture and customization of wheels and tires is seeking a Key Account Manager to support the development, retention, and expansion of strategic customer accounts. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day account activity while driving long-term, profitable relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance operational coordination with customer engagement, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Key Account Manager Responsibilities & Duties Manage assigned accounts, including order entry, pricing updates, and customer communication Coordinate internally with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to support business strategy Develop and deliver professional presentations (virtual and in-person) to customers Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections throughout the sales lifecycle Communicate product features, pricing, and terms while preparing quotes and sales documentation Provide support across inside sales or warranty functions as needed Contribute to ongoing account growth and customer satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred) Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience supporting national or key accounts Experience managing multi-location or complex shipping environments preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) ERP system experience (e.g., Syspro or similar) preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Our client offers a collaborative environment, an excellent compensation and benefits package, and tremendous opportunity for career advancement.
