Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, and self-motivated Logistics Account Executive to manage full-cycle (cradle-to-grave) brokerage sales and operations. In this mid-level role, you will have total ownership over your book of business—from prospecting and onboarding clients to sourcing reliable capacity, tracking shipments, and ensuring flawless execution. The ideal candidate possesses strong industry experience, thrives in an autonomous environment, and is exceptionally comfortable navigating modern logistics technology. Duties Full-Cycle Account Management:
Manage the entire lifecycle of a shipment, balancing both customer-facing sales and carrier-facing operations (cradle-to-grave).
Sales & Business Development:
Prospect, pitch, and onboard new shipping clients to build and expand your book of business.
Carrier Sourcing & Negotiation:
Source, vet, and negotiate competitive rates with high-quality carriers to cover customer freight.
Operational Execution:
Book loads, dispatch drivers, track shipments in real-time, and proactively resolve any transit issues or delays.
TMS Tracking & Data Integrity:
Efficiently utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage shipments, log communication, and maintain accurate records.
Client & Carrier Relations:
Build lasting, trust-based relationships with both shippers and carriers through clear, transparent, and proactive communication.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
