We help protect construction sites, commercial properties, HOAs, industrial facilities, and other high-value assets using innovative, technology-driven security systems designed to stop crime before it happens. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to help expand our presence throughout Southern California and surrounding markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy sales professional who enjoys relationship building, business development, and closing deals in a fast-growing industry. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory Conduct in-person client meetings, site visits, and live demonstrations Prepare and present customized security solutions and proposals Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Manage and grow key accounts while identifying upsell opportunities Collaborate with internal teams on lead follow-up and proposal development Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting Travel throughout Southern California and occasionally neighboring areas as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead-generation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in construction, commercial property management, or security industries is a plus Willingness to travel throughout the region
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
