Accurately manage client accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner Effectively communicate with clients, addressing inquiries regarding policies and services provided Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and carriers. Manage the book of business utilizing a proactive client service approach Collaborate with the service team or work independently, as assigned, to enhance coverage for client accounts Review and analyze client coverage levels to ensure they meet client needs; recommend changes as needed. Prepare quotations, proposals, and coverage summaries to provide exceptional care to customers. Prepare and submit coverages, renewals, and submissions to carrier marketplace according to established procedures. Follow through on all inquiries, requests, and submission to ensure timely receipt and response. Verify accuracy of proposals, issued policies/certificates/etc; provide communication and documentation to client with appropriate correspondence. Maintain and update all activity records in agency management system (Applied Epic) according to current process and procedure. Communicate effectively and courteously to clients, employees, and carriers via telephone or other correspondence. Perform additional duties as assigned. Credentials A minimum of three years of demonstrated insurance experience managing commercial accounts at either a carrier or an agency is required. Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions, is required. Ability to understand the various processes and forms associated with different coverages and insurers. Experience working with EPIC Agency Management Software is preferred.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
