This is a client-facing service role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients understand their coverage options. You will work closely with producers, carriers, and internal team members to manage an existing book of business and provide a strong client experience. Responsibilities Service and manage an assigned book of personal lines accounts Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, and coverage inquiries Communicate with clients by phone and email Work with insurance carriers to quote, remarket, and update policies Review coverage options and identify potential gaps Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system Support producers and team members as needed Qualifications Personal Lines insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license preferred Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working with clients, carriers, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details Experience with agency management systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package available Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity with an established independent agency Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday In-office, hybrid, or remote flexibility may be available depending on experience How to Apply Submit your resume for confidential consideration.
