Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team. Our Massachusetts locations include : Needham, Braintree, Brockton, Chicopee, Concord, Fairhaven, Framingham, Milford, Orleans, Rehoboth and Worcester. Responsibilities:

Advise and service Personal Lines clients (home/auto/umbrella/flood and other PL), handling changes, renewals, and inquiries with a high-touch experience Drive growth through quoting, new business support, account rounding, and cross-sell, earning base plus commissions Evaluate exposures and recommend coverage changes; explain options clearly to support retention Manage workflows in Applied Epic with accurate documentation and compliance Partner with carriers/underwriters to obtain quotes, submit documentation, and resolve requests quickly

Qualifications:

2+ years Personal Lines P&C account management experience Valid Massachusetts P&C License (required) Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting requirements Applied Epic strongly preferred; comfortable with rating tools and Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving; organized and deadline-driven Able to step in and perform with minimal ramp-up; dependable and team-oriented

Additional Information:

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager. Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.
