Technology Profiling & Digital Maturity Assessment
  • Analyze target organizations' existing technology stacks, system architectures, and digital transformation roadmaps within Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, and CPG sectors
  • Evaluate prospects' technical readiness for advanced software implementations (cloud adoption, data infrastructure, integration capabilities) 2. Discovery & Requirements Engineering
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand current system limitations, integration requirements, and performance bottlenecks
  • Document technical requirements and constraints that influence solution design and implementation approach 3. Adoption and Growth
  • Position Siemens software capabilities within prospects' existing technology ecosystems and future architecture vision 4. Discovery Support & Knowledge Transfer
  • Maintain detailed technical profiles of prospects including system inventories, integration requirements, and implementation timelines
  • Develop comprehensive technical briefs for engineering and implementation teams covering discovered requirements and constraints
  • Track technical evaluation metrics and refine discovery methodologies based on successful implementation patterns Qualifications/Attributes

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of Sales, or customer-facing sales support, experience.
  • Must have experience within R D, Quality or Operations functions within one of our growth markets (ie. Energy, Life Sciences or CPG)
  • BS/BA in an engineering, business, or manufacturing-related discipline
  • Knowledge of
PLM & MES
requirements and risks in our enterprise platforms.
  • Emotional Intelligence, and a "Hunter" mentality, is critical for success in this role (New logo development is a focus in this role)
  • Must currently reside in the continental United States (Remote work from USA is ok).

  • $221,800 annually with a target incentive of 7% of the base salary.
The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
