VP of Operations, Post Recovery and Remarketing SUMMARY:
Provide support to clients and accounts within Redemptions Operations. Communicating with clients, consumers, and repossession agents via phone, email, and internal systems to ensure accurate and timely data is processed. Role requires high call volume (inbound and outbound calling).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Communicate via inbound and outbound calling, email, and internal systems with our clients and agent network regarding specific account information, account assignments and actions to effectively execute the repossession and redemptions process. § Perform necessary follow-up functions to meet client requirements. § Process documentation and prepare reports as necessary to support account and client requirements. § Resolve account issues as needed and communicate issues / concerns regarding account activity to supervisor and management. § Run reports detailing how long units have been on lot and follow up with clients or debtors as is necessary. § Communicate via phone, email, and internal systems with both agents and clients to obtain necessary quote information § Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management. § Perform other related duties as required. § Communication via phone, email, and internal software (high call volume is expected)
COMPETENCIES
§ Deescalation and Customer Service § Excellent verbal and written communication. § Strong customer service skills including active listening. § Organizational skills, a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. § Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. § Able to meet requirements with minimal oversight and direction.
Required Education and Experience :
§ Highschool Degree/GED § 2-4 years of heavy phone call experience (preferred)
Work Environment:
§ This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
