We are looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated person who enjoys building relationships and helping small businesses succeed. This role combines inside sales, outside sales, customer support, and account management. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, developing long-term relationships, and introducing customers to great products. Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Support Reach out to customers during ordering periods. Assist customers with placing and modifying orders. Answer product and availability questions. Follow up with inactive customers. Help ensure customers have a positive ordering experience. Communicate product recommendations and seasonal highlights. Outside Sales Visit restaurants, cafes, markets, and other food businesses. Introduce Harvest Drop to prospective customers. Build relationships with chefs, owners, and purchasing managers. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Maintain notes and follow-up activities in the company CRM. Represent Harvest Drop professionally within the food community. Account Management Maintain relationships with existing customers. Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for growth. Follow up on issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts. Schedule In Season (Spring, Summer, Fall)

Off Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized and self-directed. Comfortable using technology, texting, email, and CRM systems. Professional and personable with customers. Sales, hospitality, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for food, farms, and local agriculture is a plus. Compensation Compensation consists of a base commission on assigned accounts plus additional commission for new business development. Total earnings are directly tied to customer retention, account growth, and new customer acquisition.
