The Richards Group an IMA Company is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines An active Property & Casualty License A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability A team-oriented mindset paired with high self‑motivation Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system (preferred but not required) The Richards Group has joined IMA's national platform, giving our teams access to expanded resources, new career pathways, enhanced strength, and employee ownership opportunities, all while preserving the local leadership and deep community roots that define who we are.
