Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive - Established Independent Agency Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to support their commercial lines team. Key Responsibilities:
Advise commercial clients on coverage options and risk management strategies Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and service requests Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners Maintain accurate client and policy data within agency systems Ensure policies are handled accurately and serviced in a timely manner Contribute to team initiatives and overall agency goals
Qualifications:
5+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience within an independent agency Experience with large commercial accounts Active Property & Casualty license in MA Strong communication, client service, and relationship management skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned commercial lines professional seeking a stable, growth-oriented environment within a respected independent agency.
