This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key insurance organizations while serving as a trusted advisor on business strategy, operational performance, and long-term account development. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales mindset, strong relationship management skills, and experience working with enterprise insurance carriers, agencies, TPAs, brokers, or insurtech organizations. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across insurance client accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level insurance partners Identify opportunities for revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term partnership development Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and client performance meetings Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, implementation, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure client success Understand client business objectives and align solutions to support operational and financial goals Monitor account performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to proactively address risks and identify opportunities Negotiate renewals, contract expansions, and strategic initiatives Maintain a strong understanding of insurance industry trends, workforce challenges, and competitive market conditions Represent the organization professionally in executive presentations, networking events, and industry meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, enterprise sales, or client services Experience working with insurance organizations strongly preferred Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems and account reporting tools preferred Preferred Background Insurance, BPO, consulting, SaaS, or workforce solutions experience Experience supporting national or multi-location insurance organizations Familiarity with operational metrics, recruiting performance, or workforce analytics Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles What Success Looks Like Increased client retention and satisfaction Expansion of strategic insurance partnerships Consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets Strong executive relationships within client organizations High client engagement and long-term account stability Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Collaborative, growth-focused environment
