We work with hundreds of businesses and professionals through networking events, digital marketing opportunities, business directories, and member programs designed to create real value. Position Overview We're seeking a motivated college student or recent graduate to join our team as a Summer Account Manager (Member Services). This role is ideal for someone interested in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or event management. You'll work directly with chamber members, assist with onboarding, support networking events, and help ensure members receive the most value from their membership. Responsibilities Welcome and onboard new chamber members Assist businesses with updating their online listings Conduct member outreach and follow-up calls Help coordinate chamber networking events Assist with social media and member promotions Maintain accurate member records and account information Respond to member questions and service requests Support general administrative and marketing projects Qualifications Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus Reliable transportation preferred What You'll Gain Professional business experience Networking opportunities with local business leaders Exposure to marketing, events, and membership management Resume-building experience in a growing organization Potential opportunities for future advancement within NEX To apply, please submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you're interested in the position.
