•Technical Account Manager Seattle (Hybrid) $140,000 - $175,000 base + Double OTE We're working exclusively with a global cybersecurity vendor that operates at the forefront of consumer digital protection. This business partners with some of the world's largest organisations to deliver cutting-edge security, identity protection, and scam prevention solutions to millions of users globally. They're now looking to bring in a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value, strategic partnership - someone who can operate commercially, technically, and strategically in equal measure. The Role This is not a traditional account management role. You'll sit at the centre of a key partnership, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring successful delivery while identifying new revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a strategic partner Lead API/SDK integrations and product delivery Act as technical escalation point Drive revenue and expansion within the account Execute joint go-to-market initiatives Track KPIs and report to stakeholders Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales What They're Looking For 7+ years in strategic/partner account management Background in cybersecurity or consumer tech Strong API/SDK integration knowledge Experience working with product and engineering teams Proven track record of growing accounts Confident with both C-level and technical stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced environment The Setup Hybrid role based in Seattle with regular on-site partner engagement ~20-30% travel (partner meetings, industry events) High-impact role with direct visibility across leadership If you're someone who enjoys operating commercially and technically, and wants to take ownership of a strategic relationship in a high-growth environment - this is worth a conversation.
