We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships, and helping manufacturers solve complex production challenges. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying additional revenue opportunities
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from discovery and quoting through machine acceptance and post-sale support
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and service teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools
Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed
What We're Looking For Experience selling industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, automation, machinery, tooling, packaging equipment, or other technical products
Proven ability to develop new business and close sales opportunities
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to understand customer production challenges and recommend solutions
Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working with engineers, operations teams, and executive decision-makers
Preferred Experience Capital equipment sales
Packaging, converting, automation, or manufacturing industries
Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Technical or engineering background
Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, technical, or capital equipment solutions
