Full Job Description Job Title:
Regional Account Manager (Tri-State Territory) Position Overview We are seeking a driven Regional Account Manager to cover the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island territory. You will manage existing client relationships, win back lapsed accounts, and actively hunt for new business opportunities. This role serves as a strategic bridge between our clients, operations leaders, and marketing teams to drive industrial solutions.
Key Deliverables Account Management:
Main point of contact for existing territory accounts.
Business Win-Backs:
Re-engage and reactivate dormant or previous customer accounts.
New Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts.
Marketing Strategy:
Contribute insights and suggestions for regional marketing initiatives.
Operations Collaboration:
Provide feedback and strategic suggestions to operations leaders.
Flexibility:
Perform other industrial sales duties as requested by leadership. Products & Services to
Promote Electrical Repair:
Remanufacturing and repair of rotating electrical equipment.
Mechanical Repair:
Industrial mechanical equipment servicing, including gearboxes.
Machining Services:
Custom maintenance machine work and component fabrication.
New Equipment Sales:
Distribution of new industrial motors and inverters.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify sales leads for Automation and Controls.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record in industrial B2B sales or account management.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with rotating electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
Territory Familiarity:
Deep understanding of the MA, CT, and RI industrial landscape.
Travel:
Ability to travel extensively throughout the tri-state region to visit clients.
