Sales & Accounts Associate Join a growing men's and women's luxury apparel company based in Charleston, South Carolina About Us Brackish is an American accessories brand that takes a unique approach to men's and women's fashion. We are a team of innovative, passionate individuals focused on creating one-of-a-kind styles designed to celebrate life's joyous moments with friends and family. About the Role Brackish is hiring a driven, detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Associate to support our direct, wholesale, and corporate sales channels. Based in our Charleston, SC showroom, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience, grow strategic partnerships, and champion a brand rooted in craftsmanship and authenticity. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role with hands-on exposure across multiple revenue streams. What you will do
  • Execute day-to-day operations across wholesale, retail, direct, and corporate gifting channels to meet sales and service goals
  • Support showroom sales by delivering an elevated, customer-driven experience
  • Source, qualify, and pitch new retail and corporate partners that are aligned with the Brackish brand
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners; manage follow-ups, reorders, and account performance
  • Research markets and evaluate new retail opportunities to support thoughtful brand expansion
  • Develop deep product expertise, including the Brackish story, craftsmanship, assortments, and channel-specific pricing
  • Represent Brackish at trunk shows, trade shows, corporate gifting events, and direct shows
  • Travel for events and shows as needed; some weekend availability required Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of retail experience required, consumer products wholesale or account management experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability across phone, email, and in person
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Shopify, POS systems, and/or SAP preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the Brackish brand, our customers, and the lifestyle we represent
