Overview:

We pay from real profit generated from your referrals — not marketing spend. You only earn when real clients onboard This creates stable, recurring income No wasted effort chasing unqualified leads
Compensation Structure:
20+ hrs/week: Earn 20% of margin (~$295+ / month per client) 12-19 hrs/week: Earn 15% of margin (~$130
