HELP MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP CURRENT AND NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
This is a key role for the team and organization. You will work directly with management and support the sales team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage data is an absolute must. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives our success. The goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Our family-owned company has been in business for more than 68 years. The product we sell is stainless steel screws. We offer great benefits and provide great training.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points. Provide personalized solutions and address any issues promptly. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction . Source new sales opportunities. Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify upsell opportunities. Assist in preparing quotes and proposals. Follow up on leads and inquiries. Enter orders, purchase order entry, and manage inventory. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle order modifications and adjustments. General office administration support. Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details. Update customer profiles and contact information.
Skills needed:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience:
Previous experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to
Detail:
Accurate data entry and organizational abilities.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
