Role:
Imperium Consulting Inc is hiring for an Account Manager - Entry Level to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers, managing client accounts, and supporting brand growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, fast-paced environments, and wants a clear path into leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide structured, hands-on sales training. What You'll Do as an Account Manager - Entry Level Meet with customers in person to represent client accounts Build relationships and provide account support for existing customers Answer questions and identify opportunities for account growth Track interactions and collaborate with your team to hit weekly sales goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person environment Reliable transportation (local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area) Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset What We Offer Paid training with direct mentorship Clear advancement path into leadership and management roles Weekly team development and coaching Performance-based promotions and bonuses (no seniority required) Team events, networking, and travel opportunities Compensation range is $60,000-$70,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based growth, discussed during the interview process Why Join Us?
