Your voice, empathy, knowledge, advocacy, and ability to ask the right questions will determine whether a person feels confident trusting us with their case. This is not a call center role. This is a high-impact, client-facing position where your work directly affects case outcomes, firm success, and client satisfaction. You'll engage with people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and your ability to listen, educate, persuade, and advocate will shape their future - and ours.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Connect with
Clients:
Build trust quickly and empathetically with potential clients from their very first call
Gather Critical Details:
Ask the right questions to uncover accident facts, injuries, medical treatment, and insurance information with accuracy and precision
Influence Case Outcomes:
Encourage clients to pursue treatment and representation, helping transform uncertain or low-impact cases into strong, high-value opportunities
Educate & Advocate:
Explain the process clearly, reassure clients, and ensure they feel cared for and confident in hiring us
Protect Case Integrity:
Maintain complete, accurate documentation and follow intake checklists, processes & procedures, and firm policies Collaborate with
Teams:
Seamlessly transition clients to case managers and attorneys for ongoing representation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking experienced Intake professionals who have already developed skills to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The right candidate will have maturity, judgment, and drive to balance empathy with results. Specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Experience & Judgment:
Has a minimum of 5 years prior intake, client service, or sales experience that equips them to assess case validity quickly and accurately. You can confidently distinguish strong cases from weak ones without hesitation.
Deep Questioning Skills:
Knows how to ask layered, probing questions that reveal the full story—injuries, treatment needs, liability facts, and case-building details—that less experienced staff might miss. Empathy with
Influence:
Combines genuine compassion for clients in crisis with the ability to persuade and guide them toward making critical decisions about treatment and representation.
Proven Conversion Ability:
Demonstrates a track record of converting leads into clients at or above industry standards (expected minimum: 60% conversion rate on qualified leads).
Detail & Accuracy:
Maintains meticulous accuracy in documentation and data entry while handling multiple conversations in a high-volume environment.
Resilient & Fast-Paced:
Thrives under the pressure of a heavy caseload and can pivot quickly without sacrificing quality or client trust.
