Role Responsibilities:
Interact directly with residential customers to sell AT&T Fiber internet services Present, recommend, and close Fiber solutions based on customer needs Manage assigned customer accounts from enrollment through follow-up Maintain strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience Meet and exceed weekly performance benchmarks Track account activity and sales metrics accurately Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies Participate in team meetings focused on growth and performance improvement
