Full Job Description Client Solutions Representative Location:

Full-time About the Role Cache is looking for a Client Solutions Representative to be the front line of our client relationships. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients—understanding their needs, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves them confident they chose the right partner. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to deliver solutions that keep clients successful and growing with us. This is an on-site position, ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face collaboration and building strong, lasting relationships. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of clients, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal Understand each client's goals and recommend the right Cache products and services to meet them Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow through until they're fully resolved Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and relay feedback that shapes our offerings Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals Keep accurate records of client interactions, accounts, and activity in our CRM Monitor client health and proactively reach out to prevent churn and surface new opportunities What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, sales, or support Excellent written and verbal communication skills A genuine, problem-solving mindset and the patience to work through client challenges Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities Comfort with CRM tools and basic office software Ability to work on-site and collaborate in person with the team Nice to Have Experience in a technology, SaaS, or services environment A track record of meeting retention or growth targets Familiarity with the industries Cache serves Why Cache Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and clear paths for growth A collaborative, supportive team that invests in your success Cache is an equal opportunity employer.
