Your success determines how far you go. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager who takes pride in serving clients with excellence. This role is responsible for managing a commercial book of business, supporting producers, and ensuring a seamless client experience from submission to renewal. This is more than an account management role — it's an opportunity to protect businesses, solve problems, and bring peace of mind to clients through trusted guidance and proactive service. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned commercial book of business (new and renewal) Process endorsements, certificates, audits, cancellations, and policy changes Market accounts when needed and prepare professional submissions Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps Coordinate renewal strategy and communicate options clearly to clients Maintain accurate documentation in AMS Partner with producers to support cross-sell and account rounding efforts Deliver proactive, solution-focused service with integrity and urgency Qualifications 3+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience Active Property & Casualty license Strong knowledge of commercial coverage forms and underwriting guidelines Experience with agency management systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and professionalism 13 paid holiday 80 hours PTO What We Value Integrity in every interaction Ownership and accountability A heart to serve clients well Commitment to quality and follow-through Team mindset with mutual respect Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Opportunity for growth and leadership development
