This role is built for someone who is motivated, personable, and interested in real-world sales and business development experience. As an Account Manager, you will visit apartment complexes, commercial properties, and property management offices to introduce Bubble Brothers, build relationships with decision-makers, and identify exterior maintenance opportunities. Our services include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, parking lot striping, exterior maintenance, and other property improvement services. This is a commission-based role with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential. Account Managers earn 35% commission on all closed deals . Responsibilities Visit multifamily and commercial properties to build relationships with property managers and staff. Identify maintenance opportunities around the property, including cleaning, striping, painting, and exterior repair needs. Communicate Bubble Brothers' services clearly and professionally. Help schedule meetings, property walkthroughs, and follow-up conversations. Maintain communication with the Bubble Brothers team regarding property needs, potential opportunities, and client feedback. Represent the company professionally in person, over the phone, and through email. Qualifications Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated and comfortable talking to new people. Professional, reliable, and organized. Interest in sales, business, real estate, property management, or entrepreneurship. No prior sales experience required. Must be willing to complete hands-on training and shadowing before working independently. Compensation 35% commission on all closed deals. Flexible hours.
