Hospice Liaison - Conroe Territory Join a Mission-Driven Team We are partnering with a leading national hospice organization seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to support growth across the Conroe territory . This is a rewarding opportunity for a healthcare sales professional who wants to combine strong earning potential with meaningful, patient-centered work. In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador in the community-building trusted relationships with referral partners while helping patients and families navigate one of the most important transitions in care.
