In this energetic role, you will build strong relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us expand our market presence, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with CBP's import and export regulations. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your supply chain expertise within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling strategies Conduct B2B (business-to-business) customer retention presentations Utilize RB Systems software to track client transactions and analyze customer data for targeted compliance and logistics improvements Collaborate with Senior management team to develop strategic supply chain planning that attracts new clients and retains current ones Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical sales support when needed Maintain detailed records of all activities, client communications, and contractual agreements to ensure seamless account management Have the ability to perform functions such as classify goods with proper classification, valuation, free trade agreements, and applicable tariffs Experience Proven experience within the U.S. Customs brokerage industry Efficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and foster long-term partnerships Familiarity with RB System software to managing customer relationships and compliance audits Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with an ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences Experience in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and business development strategies Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and customer retention strategies Prior experience in technical or technology-related roles is highly desirable Must be actively taking the U.S. Customs Broker exam Licensed broker preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your energy and expertise will make a real impact!
