Community Care Field Supervisor 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Falfurrias, TX 78355 From $16 an hour - Full-time Health Care Unlimited, Inc. 43 reviews From $16 an hour - Full-time Community Care Field Supervisor (PHC/CBA Programs) Health Care Unlimited, Inc. is seeking qualified and dedicated individual for the position of Community Care PHC/CBA Program Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and auditing client files, performing annual and supervisory visits, performs orientation and supervision of providers/attendants and clients as required by agency policy and as needed, and periodically assist Coordinators with in-office duties. Candidate MUST have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma and two years of supervisory experience in a home care setting, current Driver License and automobile liability insurance, and ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
PREFERRED
Previous experience with PHC/CBA programs, at least one year of experience working with Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) Programs and knowledge of Managed Care Organization implementation or hold a nurse's license.
REQUIRED
Skills include a general knowledge of office equipment such as a computer, copier, telephone, etc., ability to provide excellent customer service, have great communication and organizational skills, and admirable leadership qualities.
