Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide and develop an Account Executive team responsible for engaging high-net-worth clients. You will drive team performance, coaching, and onboarding while collaborating with leadership to align with broader objectives. The position emphasizes building strong teams, leading from the front, and translating talent into results within an office setting. Compensation / Benefits
  • Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve departmental goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement effective sales strategies
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new team members
  • Collaborate with the AVP on projects supporting broader business objectives
  • Participate in sales and leadership training for personal and team development Tasks
  • Bachelor or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years in a phone-based sales environment with a proven track record
  • Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a phone-based sales setting
  • High organization and strong time management/prioritization skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to obtain or retain required security licenses Key requirements
