Ancestry Marketing, a sales and business consulting firm, wants a Bilingual AT&T Account Representative who can tell Plano that choosing a phone plan shouldn't feel like assembling furniture with missing instructions. The Bilingual AT&T Account Representative will also help customers match the right unlimited options: Premium for the power user, Extra for the family, Value for the person who just needs their phone to ring. As a Bilingual AT&T Account Representative, you'll handle the account details that keep Plano customers connected. The Bilingual AT&T Account Representative will then leverage sales opportunities by showing how device installments make the latest tech accessible for any account. Every conversation the Bilingual AT&T Account Representative makes highlights our 5G network, ensuring their sales record is as robust as the account security we provide. Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Account Representative Coordinate accounts by helping customers review their AT&T accounts, ensuring each plan aligns with their usage and needs. Support sales efforts by helping customers compare wireless plans, upgrades, and device options that fit their everyday needs. Maintain accurate account details while ensuring customers understand their mobile features, billing, and service benefits. Present AT&T's latest smartphones, accessories, and mobile promotions in simple, relatable language that supports sales momentum. Assist customers with plan adjustments, upgrade eligibility, and account questions to strengthen long‑term satisfaction. Follow up with customers after enrollment to reinforce account clarity and support ongoing wireless sales opportunities. Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Account Representative Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Experience in account coordination or sales is a plus. Prior Bilingual AT&T Account Representative experience is highly desriable. Initiative to identify opportunities for plan optimization or device upgrades. Positive, steady demeanor that keeps sales interactions friendly and productive. Customer‑first mindset that prioritizes clarity, trust, and long‑term account loyalty.
