Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our team as Groups Coordinator - Government Affairs & Customer Relations Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing group travel coordination, overseeing customer relations and complaint resolution, and handling government affairs matters such as DOT, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage group bookings, special travel requests, and related operational arrangements. Handle customer relations matters, including complaint resolution and service recovery. Supervise customer service standards and ensure timely response to customer inquiries. Manage correspondence and coordination with government entities and regulatory authorities, including compliance-related matters. Monitor and address customer complaints in line with applicable regulations, including transportation authority requirements. Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. Prepare reports, track service trends, and recommend process improvements. Support management in maintaining strong relationships with corporate, government, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer relations, travel operations, government affairs, or airline industry preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of airline operations and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
