Job Description

The primary function of this role is to oversee the addition/set up of new accounts to Liquid Environmental Solutions by providing support to the Key Account Solutions Team and new customers. In this role, the Implementation Coordinator will be the primary first point of contact for Key Account Customers to ensure successful account implementation. The Implementation Coordinator must have excellent communication and strong problem solving skills along with being able to prioritize and multitask to complete all tasks accurately in a timely manner.
  • Assists the Key Account Solutions Managers in the management, rollout and implementation of new accounts
  • May be involved in pre-sales meetings /presentations. Fosters an open line of communication via phone, email, and face to face with Key Account Solutions Managers and customers
  • Creates a wide variety of weekly reports on implementation status for internal/external use
  • Owns implementation process from the beginning to the end ensuring all aspects of setup are complete
  • Review customer accounts to ensure implementations are completed on time
  • Partners closely with multiple groups and departments
  • Account update on all first services
  • Researching cause of concerns internally with the ability to find resolutions independently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation
  • Develop opportunities for process improvement
  • Facilitate transition to account administrator once implementation is completed
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to work some flexible hours/overtime
  • Professional caliber of communication skills
  • Ability to connect with and partner with management in multiple departments
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Holds one's self accountable to complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to read and understand communications in Excel spreadsheets
  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone with internal customers There are no special physical requirements for this position.
