Outside Sales Manager - Fiber Internet

Lightning OS is a fast-growing sales organization specializing in residential fiber internet services. We focus on building high-performance teams and developing strong field leaders who can scale both results and income. We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager in the Houston market to lead, train, and grow a team of sales representatives while also actively producing in the field. This is a working leadership role with uncapped earning potential. What This Role Offers This is a performance-driven leadership position where income is tied directly to results at multiple levels: Personal commissions on your own sales Team overrides on production Recruiting and development bonuses Uncapped earning structure Top managers in this role are earning $15,000-$30,000+ per month , with no income ceiling. What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop a team of sales representatives Recruit and onboard new team members Conduct coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and field training Drive team performance toward weekly and monthly targets Maintain accountability through tracking and performance metrics Continue closing your own sales in the field Build a strong, high-performance sales culture What We're Looking For 2+ years of door-to-door or field sales experience (leadership preferred) Strong communication and team leadership skills Competitive, self-driven mindset Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable Experience in recruiting or team building is a plus Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Telecom or fiber internet experience is helpful but not required Compensation Structure Commission based compensation
