Job Description

Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships within the oil and gas sector, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, with a focus on delivering solutions that support operational goals, contract fulfillment, and service excellence. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and field employees. Maintain regular presence at client sites and field locations to ensure service quality. Understand client needs and align company services to meet those requirements Coordinate internally with operations, recruiting, and support teams to ensure service delivery Resolve client issues promptly and professionally. Supporting all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, facilitating resolution of employee disputes and performance concerns, and resolving vehicle related concerns as they arise. Prepare and deliver regular status reports, performance updates, and business reviews Qualifications Candidates must reside in or be located within commuting distance of the Three Rivers, TX or Kenedy, TX area. Strong understanding of oilfield operations, services, or staffing/support needs with previous experience in a field based supervisory role. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Willingness to travel to client field sites daily.
