The Customer Account Representative will be the face of AT&T, helping customers manage their wireless accounts and upgrade to the newest cell phones. Every sales opportunity is the Customer Account Representative's chance to provide a personal consultation that keeps each account running perfectly. As a Customer Account Representative, you'll receive account training in AT&T's unlimited plan options while learning to manage accounts with professionalism at our retail shops. The Customer Account Representative will then conduct regular account reviews, explaining how plan adjustments or device upgrades fit each customer's digital lifestyle. Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative Support customers in‑store by reviewing their AT&T wireless accounts and identifying opportunities for upgrades or plan improvements. Assist customers with account changes, device upgrades, and plan adjustments while ensuring accurate documentation. Conduct follow‑ups to confirm satisfaction and reinforce long‑term account value and wireless sales retention. Track account activity, upgrade conversions, and customer trends to support ongoing sales performance. Share customer insights with store leadership and fellow Customer Account Representatives to refine wireless account strategies and improve outcomes. Qualifications of the Customer Account Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. No prior sales or account management experience needed. Basic familiarity with wireless devices to support everyday accounts and sales guidance. Strong communication skills suited for in‑store account reviews and sales interactions. Dependable presence that supports long‑term account trust and sales retention.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
