Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a large, national Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) account supporting a complex industrial/manufacturing portfolio. This role is responsible for overall account performance—operations, financial results, client relationships, and team leadership. You'll work closely with both client leadership and internal teams to ensure facilities services run safely, efficiently, and in support of production. If you enjoy leading large teams, managing complex operations, and driving results in industrial environments, this is a high-impact leadership role. What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders Lead operations across a national multi-site contract, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery Own the account P&L, including budget, forecasting, and cost control Drive performance improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency Build strong partnerships with operations, engineering, and site leadership Lead and develop a multi-level team (regional managers, site leaders, frontline staff) Oversee subcontractors and vendor performance Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management standards are met Use data and reporting to drive decisions and improve outcomes Identify opportunities to grow the account and strengthen the partnership What Success Looks Like Strong financial performance and margin achievement Reliable facility operations that support production uptime High client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth Safe, compliant operations across all sites Engaged, high-performing teams What You Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in facilities management, industrial services, or manufacturing Experience managing large, multi-site operations and teams Proven P&L ownership and financial management experience Strong understanding of industrial environments and maintenance operations Track record of building client relationships and delivering results Ability to lead through complexity and drive accountability Why This Role Lead a large, high-visibility national account Direct impact on operations, financial performance, and client success Opportunity to shape and grow a long-term client partnership Work alongside experienced leadership and operational teams Work Environment Travel required (30-50%) Mix of office, field, and active industrial sites
