Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance About the Opportunity A growing specialty chemicals organization is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support and expand customer relationships throughout the Permian Basin. This role will focus on delivering production chemical solutions that improve operational performance, production efficiency, asset integrity, and overall customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical oilfield chemistry knowledge, customer relationship management experience, and commercial acumen. This position will work closely with operators, production teams, field service personnel, and technical resources to ensure successful implementation and optimization of chemical treatment programs. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer relationships throughout the Permian Basin Support chemical treatment programs related to corrosion control, scale inhibition, flow assurance, water treatment, and production optimization Conduct field visits, site surveys, and customer meetings to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement Develop account growth strategies and identify opportunities to increase customer value Collaborate with field service personnel and technical teams to ensure consistent program execution Analyze production and treatment data to provide recommendations and optimize chemical performance Respond to customer questions, technical challenges, and operational concerns Maintain strong relationships with production, operations, engineering, and field personnel Participate in business development efforts and support regional growth initiatives Maintain a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence QualificationsPreferred Experience 10+ years of oil & gas industry experience Production chemicals experience strongly preferred Experience managing operator accounts in the Permian Basin Background supporting corrosion, scale, paraffin, emulsion, water treatment, or flow assurance programs Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Performance-Based Bonus Program Vehicle Allowance Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with
