Job Description

WESTERN FINANCE
is a progressive regional loan company searching for a full-time Account Specialist to join a team of career focused individuals.
WESTERN FINANCE

With one of the most lucrative bonus plans in the business, this position may earn an average bonus of $2 to $9+ extra per hour. Through Account Specialists, most management opportunities are filled from within. If advancement and the ability to develop your skillset is a goal, this is the place to earn managing your own future branch. Account Specialists take and verify loan applications, process payments in person and by phone, refinance accounts, demonstrate merchandise, offer all product offerings, maintain records, run errands, and collect by phone and some in person. You must have a reliable vehicle with state required insurance, a valid license, acceptable driving records, and dress in brand-approved attire. Assistant Managers conduct the same job duties as the Account Specialists, and the position is more suited for someone with management experience and upward mobility. Must have a valid driver's license
