Regional Account Coordinator Camin Cargo Control Inc. - 3.3 Pasadena, TX Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Employee relationship building Full Job Description Regional Account Coordinator 1.0 Corporate Job Title Regional Account Coordinator 2.0 Reporting Relationships Director of Sales & Marketing-Business Development dotted line to Regional Manager(s) 3.0 Position Summary The Regional Account Coordinator will be responsible for specific key accounts assigned by the Director of SMBD in coordination with the respective Regional Managers. All local coordinators in associated branches will have a working relationship with the RAC to ensure consistency of coordination and account management. 4.0
Responsibilities Account Management:
Responsible for clear communication and coordination among branches and regions for specifically assigned accounts. Can be assigned local coordination duties within their home branch Will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned key accounts Leads organization in growing business within an assigned key account. Director of SMBD will assign specific targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Meet or exceed defined revenue targets on a monthly basis. Oversees coordination process of branch specific coordinators related to their key accounts Identifies and implements best practices across branches in which key account operates. Responsible for overall growth of their assigned key accounts and works in coordination with Director of SMBD, RM's and BM's to go after business as recognized
Coordination:
Support local Camin Cargo offices in their relationship with the client. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel. Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel as needed, such as site coordination resources, other sales or key account team members and management. Identify and develop existing and new business opportunities with the client. Ensure organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiative efforts for the client. Write and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing; Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project. Provide outstanding customer service. Perform other duties as required.
Customer Reporting:
Ensures timely and consistent reporting among all local coordinators for their key account. Will consolidate on a monthly basis all activity for their key account. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, as required.
Stakeholder Relations:
Routine communication to key stakeholders - Sales leadership, Regional operations leadership and Local operations including identified opportunities, threats as well as routine customer activity reporting.
Customer Marketing Event Management:
Lead coordinator with Director of SMBD on all customer events including lunches, entertainment and training for key accounts. Meet or exceed defined activity targets on a monthly basis.
Information Technology:
Ensures POLARIS is updated with the latest customer contract requirements.
People:
Works with the Director of SMBD, RM's, and BM's to ensure the best talent is assigned to local coordination of key accounts. Will be involved in the development and setting annual objectives, administering performance reviews, career planning, training and performance improvement coaching.
