Job Description

An Automotive Account Manager plays a crucial role in cultivating and advancing relationships with key clients and talents in the automotive sector. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, superior communication abilities, proficient multitasking, and a proven aptitude for fostering business development through strategic account leadership. Account Managers are typically entrusted with the stewardship of 1-2 clients, managing financial responsibilities that amount to a budget of $1M.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
​ Embrace and exemplify our agency's core values of being passionate, professional, leading, unique and stellar in every facet of your work.​ Work with an automotive brand or brands to provide turn-key project management including event and/or auto show staffing​ Build and maintain existing relationships with the client team and all direct business partners​ Nurture, develop and sustain talent relationships by monitoring performance, skillset and aptitude for their role YOY​ Prepare and present all account proposals for current program while also working toward account growth YOY​ Work with Account Coordinator (if applicable) to plan all aspects of program- Product Specialist auditions/placement, Product Specialist Training, wardrobe selection, team management ​ Manage each show/event from an execution standpoint ensuring all logistics and staffing plans are in place prior to activation​ Book travel arrangements for talent​ Maintain knowledge or control of program scope, managing each event/show to proposed budget​ Work closely with all internal teams for execution excellence and overall budget management​ Oversee the execution of automotive marketing campaigns and events, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.​ Work closely with Sr. Account Manager or Account Director to ensure all deliverables are on track ​ Travel as needed to a specific show or event to help manage onsite performance and achieve activation success​ ​
