Job Description Summary:
The Manager of National Sales for 7-Eleven leads all sales support and account management responsibilities while ensuring strong execution of sales strategies and programs at the store level. This role facilitates and coordinates alignment across headquarters, field sales teams, and bottler partners. This individual will lead key processes, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support execution, improve efficiency, and deliver strong business results. Key Responsibilities Planning & Program Delivery Coordinate execution of key business processes, including: Annual customer resets, program launches, and innovation launches Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and alignment Ensure seamless translation of strategy into execution Sales Execution Ensure successful implementation of programs, promotions, and new product launches at store level Partner with bottlers and field teams to ensure product availability and program participation at store level Identify execution gaps and lead resolution to improve in-store performance Support communication of HQ priorities to field teams and bottler partners Performance Tracking & Insights Track performance across key metrics (product availability, program participation, execution) Analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities Deliver clear updates and actionable insights to internal and customer stakeholders Leverage data to refine plans and improve results Operational Excellence & Process Management Manage key processes and tools (e.g., reporting systems, vendor portals, pricing updates) Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Serve as a central point of contact for resolution of day-to-day bottlers and store-level issues to minimize disruption Cross-Functional & System Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, and Finance Coordinate with bottler partners to align on priorities and Picture of Success execution standards Facilitate communication across teams to ensure consistency and alignment The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. 103,000 USD - 121,000 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
