Job Description

Hestia Energy Services is a Houston-based oilfield services company providing surface well testing and flowback equipment to E&P operators and service companies across the Eagle Ford Shale. Position Summary The Field Coordinator is responsible for the field readiness, inspection, documentation, and deployment coordination of Hestia's surface well testing and flowback equipment across the Eagle Ford Shale. Reports to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities Conduct pre-dispatch and post-return equipment readiness checks; assess mechanical condition of valves, seals, fittings, and pressure components; identify wear, damage, or non-conformance and flag for corrective action. Complete Equipment Condition Reports at delivery and pickup and obtain client representative signatures. Maintain equipment records, including maintenance logs, inspection history, and certification documentation. Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization with third-party haulers; schedule and witness third-party API and hydrostatic inspections. Track equipment location, availability, and rental status across all active jobs. Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, documentation, and equipment logistics. Perform routine equipment preservation and preventive maintenance, including cleaning, painting, lubrication, and minor component replacement as required between jobs. Manage yard and warehouse operations, including equipment staging, inventory control, parts organization, and housekeeping. Comply with company safety protocols, client site requirements, and all applicable regulations. Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience in surface well testing, flowback services, production testing, or oilfield rental operations focused on pressure-rated equipment. Hands-on experience with surface well testing and flowback equipment, including separators, choke manifolds, flares, sand separators, and frac tanks. Mechanical aptitude to assess equipment condition and judge when an issue needs escalation vs. routine handling. Current H2S Awareness and operator-site access certifications as required for client locations, or ability to obtain prior to start date. Personal ownership of outcomes; follows through on commitments without constant supervision Clear, professional communication with customers, haulers, inspectors, and field crews. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel across South Texas. Based in or willing to relocate to Pleasanton, TX or the Eagle Ford Shale area. Preferred Qualifications Experience with equipment inspection, condition reporting, or readiness verification processes. Familiarity with API standards applicable to surface pressure equipment inspection and recertification. Familiarity with DOT regulations for oilfield equipment transport. Experience coordinating third-party haulers or oilfield equipment mobilizations. Existing contacts within the Eagle Ford or South Texas oilfield community. Schedule Schedule varies based on operational needs. Typically, Monday-Friday with after-hours and weekend work required as job activity dictates. The role combines field work across South Texas with office, yard, and remote administrative work between deployments.
